En tr\u00e6ningsform der m\u00e5ske kan f\u00e5 alle med, ogs\u00e5 os der ikke lige springer ned i fitnesscenteret af lykke over at f\u00e5 pulsen op.<\/p>\n<a class=\"dvrt-link\" onClick=\"cdmtrack_click(104778,jQuery(this));return false\" href=\"https:\/\/vester-begr.dk\/?gclid=CjwKCAjw5Kv7BRBSEiwAXGDElQB6WMfm9CgYVrruty-I1gaOkTkC3mlA4QRDtYNsxYgVC8sNzAJ7WhoCmBsQAvD_BwE\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width:100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/kunmedierne.dk\/mors\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/260203VesterHoukaer-02022026.jpg\"><\/a><script>cdmtrack_view(104778);<\/script>\n<p>Nu har du mulighed for at g\u00e5 til hjerne-tr\u00e6ning i Nyk\u00f8bing Hallen, og eksperter fort\u00e6ller, at det er mindst lige s\u00e5 vigtigt, som at okse afsted p\u00e5 en motionscykel.<\/p>\n<p>\u201dSMART-tr\u00e6ning\u201d hedder det. Et koncept der er udviklet af DGI og firmaet TrainYourEyes. Et koncept med fokus p\u00e5, at vi skal holde synet og hjernen; frisk, hurtig og skarp.<\/p>\n<p>Anita Andersen blev uddannet i \u201dSMART-tr\u00e6ning\u201d for 4 \u00e5r siden, og nu st\u00e5r hun i spidsen for et hold, der tr\u00e6ner i Nyk\u00f8bing Hallen hver onsdag. Anita har arbejdet som gymnastiktr\u00e6ner i mange \u00e5r, og har alts\u00e5 fire \u00e5rs erfaring i hjernetr\u00e6ning.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Forebyg demens<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201dSMART-tr\u00e6ning\u201d er tr\u00e6ning for hjernen. Hun fort\u00e6ller:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Lige s\u00e5 vigtigt det er at tr\u00e6ne vores muskler og vores led i et fitnesscenter, lige s\u00e5 vigtigt er det faktisk, at vi tr\u00e6ner vores hjerne, s\u00e5 den bliver ved med at fungere p\u00e5 h\u00f8jeste niveau.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Anita Andersen fort\u00e6ller videre, hvordan \u201dSMART-tr\u00e6ning\u201d kan v\u00e6re et redskab til at udskyde eller m\u00e5ske helt undg\u00e5 at f\u00e5 demens.<\/p>\n<a class=\"dvrt-link\" onClick=\"cdmtrack_click(104787,jQuery(this));return false\" href=\"https:\/\/www.jyskebank.dk\/kontakt\/afdelingsinfo?departmentid=11890\"><img decoding=\"async\" style=\"width:100%;\" src=\"https:\/\/kunmedierne.dk\/mors\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/10\/260325JyskeBankMorsNy-1.jpg\"><\/a><script>cdmtrack_view(104787);<\/script>\n<p>Tr\u00e6ningen best\u00e5r af nogle fysiske \u00f8velser, aktiviteter og lege, hvor man b\u00e5de s\u00e6tter fokus p\u00e5 balance, motorik, logik og sanser. Det handler om fuld koncentration, men det er ikke fysisk kr\u00e6vende. Det er hjernen, der arbejder.<\/p>\n<p>En \u00f8velse kunne v\u00e6re, at man skal kaste en bold frem og tilbage mellem hinanden to og to. I stedet for at sige: &#8220;Nu skal I kaste med h\u00f8jre h\u00e5nd, og nu skal I kaste med venstre h\u00e5nd&#8221;, s\u00e5 f\u00e5r h\u00e6nderne et tal, og s\u00e5 siger man: &#8220;Nu skal du gribe med nummer 1, og nu skal du gribe med nummer 2.&#8221; Og s\u00e5 kommer der forskellige lag af \u00f8velser p\u00e5. Det er udfordrende og sjovt.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hjernetr\u00e6ning for alle<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>B\u00e5de unge og gamle kan have gavn af at lave SMART-tr\u00e6ning, og Anita p\u00e5peger, at det er pr\u00e6cis lige s\u00e5 vigtigt at tr\u00e6ne sin hjerne, n\u00e5r man er ung, som n\u00e5r man er gammel. Hjernen skal tr\u00e6nes hele livet. Hun siger:<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;SMART-tr\u00e6ning kan v\u00e6re med til at forbedre vores hjernefunktion, og det er jo godt for alle, b\u00e5de for direkt\u00f8ren, snedkeren og gartneren.
