Svits begge dele let i smeltet sm\u00f8r i en gryde. Krydr med peber og tag gryden af varmen. Tils\u00e6t \u00e6ggeblommen, dild og creme fraiche. R\u00f8r godt sammen, og lad fyldet k\u00f8le af.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1210\">\n<p data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1210\"><strong data-start=\"1069\" data-end=\"1091\">Tilbered spinaten:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1091\" data-end=\"1094\" \/>Smelt lidt sm\u00f8r i en gryde, tils\u00e6t den frosne spinat og r\u00f8r, indtil v\u00e6sken er fordampet. Krydr med salt og peber.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1212\" data-end=\"1412\">\n<p data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1412\"><strong data-start=\"1215\" data-end=\"1239\">Klarg\u00f8r butterdejen:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1239\" data-end=\"1242\" \/>T\u00e6nd ovnen p\u00e5 200 grader. Rul butterdejen ud og sk\u00e6r den i stykker p\u00e5 ca. 20 x 10 cm \u2013 du skal have fire stykker i alt. L\u00e6g to stykker p\u00e5 en bageplade med bagepapir.<\/p>\n<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1414\" data-end=\"1688\">\n<p data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1688\"><strong data-start=\"1417\" data-end=\"1444\">Fyld og luk piroggerne:<\/strong><br data-start=\"1444\" data-end=\"1447\" \/>Fordel et lag spinat midt p\u00e5 hver dejstykke, og l\u00e6g derefter laksefyldet ovenp\u00e5. Pensl kanterne med \u00e6g, l\u00e6g de to resterende dejstykker over fyldet, og tryk kanterne godt sammen med en gaffel. Hun er thybo og flyttede til Mors i 1974, hvor hun begyndte sin karriere inden for restaurationsbranchen p\u00e5 Hotel Bendix. Her blev hun udl\u00e6rt som sm\u00f8rrebr\u00f8dsjomfru. I 1995 blev hun selvst\u00e6ndig. Hun omdannede stalden p\u00e5 den g\u00e5rd, hvor hun bor, til et industrik\u00f8kken og startede &#8220;Toves K\u00f8kken&#8221;, hvorfra hun leverede mad ud af huset i 20 \u00e5r.
